There were 2 auctions on ebay and this one ended early (won it approx. $240 cheaper), listed as dead watch but with better cosmetic while another with running condition.

So at the same day it received I immediately bring to Seiko AD, the watchmaker dissembling, checking and cleaning the movement. Very happy when he said it just need to change the battery, using SR43SW which is hard to find before. Yes Seiko should stock this battery as it also used to modern tuna can watch with 7c46 movement.
